「老人Ｚ」 −老人介護について−
老人介護の仕事をしている人と話す機会があったんですけど、
今、急速に広まりつつある、グループホーム（痴呆対応型共同生活介護）
っていう施設に期待をもっているそうです。
私は在宅に興味はないんですか？って、失礼にも突っ込んでしまいました。
在宅介護に重点をおいて介護保険制度の改正がなされていっているそうですが、
介護者の負担の問題もあり、現状は難しいとのことです。
今の日本の状況を考えると施設での介護がよいのかもしれないですが、
施設もまだまだ少ないし、おいおい！大丈夫かよ！！って感じですよね。
その人と話していて思い出したのが２〜３年くらい前にビデオで観た「老人Ｚ」です。
原作は「ＡＫＩＲＡ」の大友克洋と言えば分かる人も多いかもしれないですね。
一言でいうと老人介護問題を扱ったSFアニメ（ロボットアニメ？）なんですけど、
これは今後の老人介護について色々考えさせられました。
（特に前半部分。後半は考えるとよく分からなくなります。）
全自動介護マシンができました。ある老人は自宅で学生ヘルパーの介護を受けていたんですが、
無理矢理モニターにされてしまいます。
そのマシンに体を固定すれば、全て介護してくれるんですよ！
入浴、排泄、食事、睡眠、緊急時の対応と。すごくないですか！？
でも、老人は学生ヘルパーが恋しいんですよね。。。（前半、こんな感じだったかと）
どんな形の介護であれ、人と人との温もりが大事なんですよね。きっと。
