口内炎
またまた、口内炎ができてしまいました。
ビタミンＢ２を体内に吸収しなくてはいけないぞ！
ということで、薬局に行きました。
コンビニより安いかなぁと思ったんですけど、小さい薬局だったからか、あんまり変わらなかった。。
チョコラBBを探すため栄養ドリンクの冷蔵庫をジッと見ていたら、
薬局のおじいさんが「栄養不足？」とか色々聞いて来ました。
確かに栄養は片寄っていますが、なんかひもじいみたいな感じ。
「口内炎ができたから、ビタミンB2を取りたいんですけど。」と話したら、
「これなんかいいんじゃない。」と、おじさんはリポビタンゴールドを指差しました。
「口内炎が出来やすい人は、旅行の後によく出来るんだよねー。」とおじさんが言うので、
そういえば蓼科行った後だわ！前回は恐山の後だわ！ってことに気付きました。
「旅行に行ったばかりなんです！」
「ほんとはそういう人は旅行に行かないのが一番なんだよね。」と冷たい一言。
でもすぐ「そうもいかないよね。」と付け加えましたが。。。
食事、水が変わり、リズムが狂うことで口内炎ができるらしいです。
私の場合、不規則な気ままな一人暮らしが一番の原因のような気もしますが。。
