休息のすすめ
休息をとることにした。
昨日は会社で書類を投げた投げた。（傍目にはきちんと置くのが面倒で、
投げてその場所に置いたように見える程度。（笑）きっとね。）
私はムカムカすると物にあたる癖があるの。
家だったら物を思いっきり投げたり、叩いたり（ものすごく手が痛くなるんだけどね。）してストレス放出！
会社じゃ思いっきりはできないから、発散しきれなかった。
だから休息をとることにしたの。
日々溜め込まないようにうまく出来ればいいけどそうもいかず、
たまぁーに溜まっているものが一気に外へ出てくるんだよね。
これが、斜前の席のおばさんに向かっていったら犯罪だわ！
少しでも方向がずれたら犯罪になってしまう。
昨日、ぷっつ～ん切れて、「いかん。明日は休もう！」って思った。
月曜だし「今日こそ定時で帰ろう！」と計画していたけど、休むと決めたら残業。
次の日の業務をなるべくこなし、そしてなるべく時給を稼ぐのさ。（後者が最も重要）と、
社会人としてわきまえてはいるつもり。
そして、会社には朝に休みの電話をいれてしまう。
前日に「体調悪いから休みまーす。」とか、「精神衛生のため休みまーす。」が通ればいいのにね～。
みんなも休息をとろう！ぱっつんぱっつんの糸が切れてしまう前にね。
