派遣社員の立場
不覚にも会社で泣いてしまった。（こらえて、ポロリくらい。）
「くっそー！明日、休んでやるー！」（ホント、ダメ社会人です。）だけど、
土日休みだからさぼりにならないんです。
帰り際にタイムシートにサインもらうとき「一人だけストレス溜まる仕事で、すみませんね。
（他の派遣にくらべてってこと）」などと言うので、「だったら、給料上げろー！（これは派遣会社に言うべきかしら）
だったら、今の状況を何とかしてくれー！」（心の中）と悔しくて、泣いてしまったのです。
この状況がよくなれば、ホント楽なのに。（精神的にかなり）
数日前に『派遣社員の弱い立場浮彫り』というような題の新聞記事がありました。
派遣会社が倒産して、派遣先では仕事があるのに給料がもらえないといった内容。
「その企業で雇い入れてくれたらいいのにねー。」とみんなで話していたのですが、
そうすれば企業は派遣会社に支払うより少額ですむんですよねー。
派遣社員としては同じ給料もらえれば、文句ないですしね。
ただ、アルバイトがいたら時給の面での格差が問題になりそうですね。
倒産時に仕事を斡旋してもらえないという意味では派遣社員の立場は確かに弱いですね。
