ロサンゼルス旅行記 １月１６日（月）その４
慣れているのか、先を行く黒人はホームレスにお金を渡しているようでした。そのホームレスが私の方に向かって来て、手を出しながらコインをねだって来ました。怖かったので無視をして、先を急ぎました。「アメリカのホームレスは、日本に比べて積極的」なるほどと思いました。
１０時過ぎなのに人は少なく、なんだか早朝のような感じでした。ところどころに新聞やフリーペーパー用のボックスがあったり、日本では見慣れない光景にカメラを向けながら歩いていきました。
ロスの信号ですが、歩行者用の信号はすぐ点滅して赤（手のマーク）に変わります。半分くらい渡ったら点滅という感じでした。なので、毎回小走りで渡らなくてはなりませんでした。
一番分かりやすいルートで、ランチの韓国料理店に向かいました。１st stからfigueroa stを通りました。ウィルシャーグランドホテルには１１時半前に到着しました。ちょうどいいころあいです。しかし、レストランの場所が分からなかったのでフロントで聞くことにしました。
