米国への転出手続き
今日は、市役所に行って転出手続きをして来た。
来月、１１月１８日に出国する。
通常は２週間前に行う手続きだが、１ヶ月前でも大丈夫だった。
そして、失業手当の延長の手続きしようと思い職安に行った。
延長は、最長３年可能なのだ。
しかし、これは私が出国してから代理人が行う手続きなのだそうだ。
出国日の記載あるパスポートのコピー、離職票、委任状を代理人に渡して
手続きしてもらわないといけない。
パスポートのコピーを出国後、代理人に郵送するというわけだ。
面倒だ。面倒だよ！！
だけど、失業手当が帰国してから貰えるし、教育給付金も貰える。
代理人にやってもらわないと損なのだ。しかし、面倒だ！
１０日には確定申告の手続きに行った。
そして、こちらも同じく面倒で、還付の受け取り時には出国しているため
納税管理人というものをたてなくてはいけない。
納税管理人に届けを提出してもらい、還付金は納税管理人の口座に入金される。
両親、兄弟、信頼ある人でないと頼めない。
出国がこんなに面倒で、不便な手続きが必要になるものだとは思わなかった。
人と人とのつながりが大事だということを、こういう時に実感だ。
家族がいない人は友人、知人に頼むわけだ。
お金が絡んでいるから、よっぽど信頼関係が築けていないといけない。
