ひとりごと: やっと受給者証が出来た。

やっと受給者証が出来た。

金曜、月曜とデイケアを休んだ。
金曜は職安の講習会に行かなくてはいけなかった。
昨日は、力がでなかった。
ずっと寝てた。
楽しみにしいた「ナースのお仕事３」も見る気力が起きなかった。
夕食作ることできなかった。
風呂掃除もできなかった。

今日の診察で、無理してでもデイケアに出るようにと先生に言われてしまった。

１月末に春日井に引っ越して来たため、自立支援の受給者証の住所変更をした。
やっと、変更した受給者証が出来たという郵便が来た。
これで、今まで払った自己負担１割が返って来る。
そして、心療内科のデイケア、診察、カウンセリング、薬代がただになる。
この出費がすごく痛く、デイケア行く気も失せていた。
がんばって、デイケア通うしかないかな・・・

僕も、以前は薬飲んでいましたけど、今は飲まなくて済んでます。
たまに、ちょっとした事を、考え込みますけど（笑）

やっぱり、ストレスが一番悪いでしょう！
そういう時って、普段ストレスにならない事が、ストレスになっていくし、悪循環なんですよね～
